How to gain moral health by lifestyle hygiene?

To be a good morale, it is necessary to maintain healthy lifestyle, have appropriate dietary habits, as nearly, the almost of the evil and illness come from what someone consumes, and never believe that more to eat is more to be well, nowadays those people who die because what they have eaten are more than those who die because they don't have what to eat! See food reform.

Advices on lifestyle and dietary habits:  

Avoid worries, concerns, burnout and frequent enemas. Avoid for maximum possible taking antibiotics, disruptive drugs and purgatives.

Make short fasting:  

Practice short fasting in the case of food mending that is to start treatment by short fasting, followed by a gradual food recovery. During food recovery get used little bit to vegetables and fibrous foods like fruit peels, vegetable textures, legumes and cereal bran.

Adoption of a proper diet by the recommended foods, such as:

1.    Fruits: like papaya, banana, orange, grapefruit, lemon, apple, and watermelon, peach.  
2.    Tubers: as potato, yam, sweet potato, cassava.
3.    Vegetables: as green salads, lettuce, cabbage, unpeeled carrot, beetroot, eggplant, cucumber, tomato, avocado, zucchini, green beans, onion, garlic, cumin, nutmeg, pepper.
4.    Grains: particularly, brown rice, millet, maize and others.
5.    Proteins: curd, yogurt with nutritional yeast, white cheese, sweet and peeled almonds after fast soaking in hot water and legumes.
