 High nutrient diets:

Nutrient diets are mostly fresh, non starchy vegetables, some starchy vegetables and some fruit, berries, nuts and seeds. These foods have the fiber that the bodies are in need. Some proteins are fine, but should be limited. Proteins can be gotten from beans, legumes, eggs, fish, and lean meat. Starches are found in whole grains, potatoes, and yams. They contain fiber and nutrients, unlike refined grains. Whole organic vegetables are best because they contain the maximum amount of nutrients and the minimum amount of toxins in them.

Energy and immune system:

To build up energy and immune system for wellness and prevention. It is to supplement high nutrient diet with vitamins, minerals and other supplements. A multi vitamin is good but not enough to give you the vitamins and minerals you need for good health even if you are on a high nutrient diet.
