The role of vitamin F;

Vitamin F appellation: Vitamin F consists of two so-called essential fatty acids, they can not be synthesized by the body.
1.     These two acids are linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid.
2.     These acids are essential for growth; they intervene in numbers of hormonal and enzymatic processes and ensure the good condition of the cellular membranes.
3.     They participate in the regulation of the immune system, reduce inflammatory reactions.

4.  In an ideal diet, the alpha-linolenic acid intake should represent 20 to 50% of the intake of linoleic acid, whose needs are best covered by daily diet.
5.  These two fatty acids are quickly absorbed by the body.
6.  Being sensitive to heat and oxygen, they are easily degraded during the cooking operations.

Vitamin F intake deficit:

1.     In the case a deficit supplies: the deficiency of linoleic acid can cause diseases of heart, liver and kidneys, as well as behavioral problems.
