  6. Then, raise the ribs, spray the chest, inhale slowly through the nostrils only, without raising the shoulders. 
  7. Once filled lungs completely, count to five seconds or beyond, depending on the ability, before exhaling again, and then restart eight to ten times.
  • Get well rested and good sleep:

  1. It is usually necessary to go bed early, at regular hours for to sleep as long as possible. 
  2. Because when a body gets well rested, the nerve potentials can be reconstituted. 
  3. However, abuse of sleep is also harmful. 
  4. If you have trouble falling asleep, it may need to take appropriate infusions such as orange leaves, passion flower, light lime sweetened with honey.

  4. This includes decaffeinated coffee and sodas, because it's impossible to remove all of the caffeine. 
  5. The extra trips a nuisance to the bathroom, and vital nutrients are being drained from the body. 
  6. By consuming these beverages, add an extra glass of water for each one. 
  7. This will replace the water lost. 
  8. Do not drink any beverages within two hours of bedtime, to void getting up again in a few hours to go to the bathroom.
