- Once filled lungs completely, count to five seconds or beyond, depending on the ability, before exhaling again, and then restart eight to ten times.
Get well rested and good sleep:
- It is usually necessary to go bed early, at regular hours for to sleep as long as possible.
- Because when a body gets well rested, the nerve potentials can be reconstituted.
- However, abuse of sleep is also harmful.
- If you have trouble falling asleep, it may need to take appropriate infusions such as orange leaves, passion flower, light lime sweetened with honey.
