How to maintain good using sugar in the blood?
The mechanism of controlling sugar blood;
Regulatory organs are the regulation
of blood glucose results from the complex action of several organs, each plays
its role.
Kidneys functions;
The kidneys bring
urinary excretion, when the sugar levels in the blood increases abnormally,
from 1.60 to 1.80 g per liter; the kidneys remove the surplus with the
urine. This is the glycosuria.
Liver and adipose tissue;
The and adipose tissue make up reserves, when there
is too much sugar in the blood, organizations can put some of this sugar in
reserve. Emergency reserve is made by the liver that converts sugar into
glycogen, but this reserve is low capacity, while it has the advantage of being
assimilated by the cells immediately in case of need. Another reservation
is made by the cells of adipose tissue as fat, this reserve may be large
capacity, but only its use is slow because it must convert fat into sugar to
feed the emergency reserve of liver.
Various controls;
The controllers are
the brake and accelerator. A complex system of organs for actions contrary
control sugar levels in the blood, so that it meets the exact needs of the
organization. The pancreas secretes a hormone or substance which flows in
blood and consequently lowers the glycemic index, the hormone is called
insulin. Insulin increases the burning of sugar in the tissues and
accelerates the setting aside by the liver and adipose tissue. Several
organs such as the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal glands and a part of pancreas
also have a reverse action because they secrete hormones which increase the
blood sugar.
Disruption of regulatory system;
The signs of disease, when
the system controller is disrupted there results mostly, either hypoglycemia or
hyperglycemia.
Hypoglycemia:
The hypoglycemia occurs
if the secretion of insulin is excessive and not regulated by the hyperglycemic
hormone production, this case results in an abnormal drop in the rate of sugar
in the blood. See various forms of diabetes.
Hyperglycemia;
The hyperglycemia
results if insulin’s secretion is defective, insufficient or non-existent,
the amount of sugar in the blood increases, until it becomes excessive,
reaching or exceeding 1.60 to 1.80 g per liter. Blood sugar, instead of being
used by the cells is excreted by the kidneys; it passes into the urine or
glycosuria process. This is the diabetes. There are natural supplement products that can help
regaining the missing nutritional elements to the body.
