How malaria is related to nutrition and diets?

What is the role of diet to curing malaria? 

What is the negative diet?

The role of diet in preventing and curing malaria, diet plays an important role, either in the weakening of the body, which promotes the outbreak of malaria crisis, or in the prevention, curing patient, and maintaining the proper shape after the disease.

Negative diet

1.    It is a diet that acidifies the blood, weakens the liver, disrupts and makes the body vulnerable to pest attacks;
2.    In general it is the meat, eggs, refined grains, grilled peanuts, coffee, tea, cocoa-fat, white sugar, white bread, pastries made of White sugar, jams, syrups, candies, ice cream.

Foods to avoid

1.    Regular and abundant consumption of fish, meat, especially cooked pork meat, seafood, and also meat extracts such as bouillon cube or liquid flavor, fermented cheese, fluid milk from all sources;
2.    Undercooked eggs, old beans more than a year;
3.    Fats, hydrogenated fats such as margarine, very heated oils, fries;
4.    Vinegar, canned foods, and too heated foods;
5.    Green fruits, chemical lemonades, wines including white wine, alcohol;
6.    Processed fruit juices, sugary drinks called tonic containing phosphoric acid, chemical drugs, and synthetic vitamins;
7.    Note that the acidifications of the blood may be increased by overwork, emotional distress, smoking, and lack of physical exercise.
8.    Harmful Foods for Liver;
9.    Animal fats, heated oils, cream, pork, mollusk, shellfish, and chemical foods.

Favorable and recommended foods;

1.    All fresh vegetables;
2.    As salads or stewed, cabbage and green beans;
3.    Root vegetables such as carrots, radishes, beets, peppers, squash and zucchini, cucumber, garlic, onion, spinach, eggplant, avocado, tomato, sprouted seeds,  soybeans, black olives, fresh peas;
4.    These are the wonderful natural antibiotics.
5.    Ripe fruits;
6.    Orange, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, apple, grape, banana, melon, watermelon, etc.
7.    As well as dried fruits, dates, figs, raisins, prunes, etc...
8.    Full sugar;
9.    Like brown sugars, honey of good quality always replaces white sugar.
10.  Tubers;
11.  Potato, cassava, yam, taro, boiled or roasted in the oven or prepared stew.
12.  Full or unrefined grains;
13.  Brown rice, germinated sorghum, corn, oats, whole meal bread, rye bread;
14.  Avoid too sifting the flour.
15.  Proteins;
16.  Good quality eggs, in order two to four eggs per week, cream cheese, cottage cheese or hard cheese, yogurt, curd, sesame seeds.

18.  Take a bit of lean meat or fish with green vegetables, eggs three to four per week, dry beans, as the lens, the soybeans, raw or boiled peanuts;
19.  Use spices like onion, garlic, ginger, and little pepper;
20.  Use also lipids, particularly olive oil or peanut oil of good quality, first cold pressing.
21.  Dietary supplements;
22.  Nutritional yeast, six teaspoons a day, tablets or capsules, soy sauce, a little salt added after complete cooking.

Treatment of dried chloride magnesium

1.    This treatment improves the body's resistance to all infections;
2.    Prepare a solution by diluting two sachets of twenty grams of chloride magnesium in one liter of water;
3.    Add a half teaspoon of full salt;
4.    Drink four to six tablespoons of this solution three times a day with herbal tea, or lemon juice, orange or grapefruit.
