2.    Then move on to raw vegetables and cooked tubers, as potatoes and cereals.

The fruitarian diet:

1.    The fruitarian diet is to take only at meal times, fresh fruits of the same species as orange, lemon, pineapple, watermelon, melon, sweet grapes. 
2.    You can switch meals of raw fruits and fresh juices. 
3.    But avoid eating at the same time sweet fruits and fruit acids, to facilitate digestion and to better benefit.
