1.    Infuse for ten minutes in a pint of boiling water, two teaspoons of the mixture of hulled thyme and rosemary or two tablespoons of the mixture of mint, marigold and Bolden. 
2.    Strain and drink tepid. 

Agrimony, bedstraw, Woodruff and marigold:

1.    In herbalism, make mixing equal parts of Agrimony, flowering tops of bedstraw and woodruff leaves, and marigold flowers. 
2.    Infuse six to ten minutes and drink a cup before eating.

Quinqueliba and lemongrass:

1.    Mix two tablespoons of chopped quinqueliba and three tablespoons of chopped lemongrass and boil for two minutes in a pint of water. 
2.    Get a drink before or after the main meal.

Lemon, lemongrass and Moringa oleiferous:

1.    Mix lemon leaves, lemon grass and Moringa oleiferous a handful of each. 
2.    Boil five minutes in a liter of water. 
3.    Strain and drink throughout the day.

Laxative teas from the following plants;

Bark of buckthorn:

1.    Take two teaspoons of buckthorn for two glasses of water. 
2.    Boil about fifteen minutes over low heat to reduce to a glass of liquid. 
3.    Drink warm or cold at bedtime or in the morning on an empty stomach. 
4.    To fight against intestinal gas, add a teaspoon of anise before boiling. 
5.    But for children, prepare a half diluted dose.

Senna:

1.    Put in a cup of boiling water a teaspoon of Senna leaves, without boiling. 
2.    Leave for approximately nine hours of time. 
3.    Strain and drink at morning before breakfast or at bedtime.

Follicles:

1.    Soak ten to twenty follicles per cup of cold water.
2.    And warm before using.

Buckthorn and Senna:

1.    Boil two teaspoons of buckthorn bark in a quart of water in four minutes. 
2.    Add two teaspoons of Senna leaflets. 
3.    Infuse for ten minutes. 
4.    Strain and drink.

Flaxseed:

1.    These seeds are mucilaginous and swell in the gut; therefore it facilitates lubrication of mucous and slows drying of faeces. 
2.    Put three tablespoons of flaxseed in a liter of boiling water. 
3.    Marinate overnight. 
4.    Strain and drink three to four cups per day.

Fruits and leaves of tamarind:

1.    Mash the ripe fruit with seeds. 
2.    Mix a little water. 
3.    Filter and drink at bedtime or morning. 
4.    Well cleaned leaves and chewed facilitate stool.

Cabbage:

1.    Consume first the broth of cabbage cooked about ten minutes. 
2.    Drink three glasses a day.

Date of Palm Desert:

1.    Soak two handfuls of fruits in a liter of water for twenty four hours. 
2.    Have a drink at bedtime and in the morning on an empty stomach.
