  2. Boil two large or three means of onions in one liter of water for five minutes and leave to infuse for ten minutes, strain and drink a cup of this decoction in the morning on an empty stomach.  
  3. Decoction of garlic and thyme fights against dysentery; boil, 50 g garlic and 15 g thyme, gently, in a liter of water, let boiled to be reduced to a half and drink throughout the day by spoonful.    
  • Other plants for diarrhea:

  1. Herbs such as parsley, thyme, mint, laurel sauce. 
  2. The thumb, in the case of dysentery or blood in the stool. 
  3. The box elder decoction or infusion. 
  4. Make a decoction of guava leaves or extract the juice from fresh leaves by grinding in cold water, drink by adding lemon juice as desired. 
  5. Boil a teaspoon of leaf powder of quinquéliba, dried under the tree, dissolved in boiled and drink several times a day. 
  6. Mix two tablespoons of powdered baobab leaves, dried or fresh chopped with food and drink twice a day.
