How to acquire social well-being?
Social well-being is an acquiring the satisfaction of living standards by gaining
the daily life needs, such as good sanitation services, proper foods, housing,
educations and scholarships, security and tranquility, etc…
How to acquire social well-being:
People can gain a state of well-being by improving their health,
through exercising, enough sleeping, maintaining a healthy body weight,
limiting alcohol consumption and avoiding smoking. The ability to adapt and to
self manage is the major core components of human health.
The role of genetics in the health:
Genetics or inherited traits from parents play a great role in
determining the health status of individuals and populations. This can
encompass both the predisposition to certain diseases and health conditions, as
well as the habits and behaviors, individuals develop through the lifestyle of
their families.
The Mental health:
Mental health
is a state of well-being in which the individuals realize their own abilities,
cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively, fruitfully and be
able to make contributions to their communities.
Factors helping to social well-being:
Obtaining clean water and air, adequate housing, safe communities and
availability of basic development, such as roads, schools and sanitation
services. These entire things have been found to contribute to good health,
particularly to the health of infants, children, and elders.
